It was a different Indian way of life for Vee and I, as we woke up at around 12 in the noon each day or sometimes even later. It was all dependent on how much we slept through the day – and mostly, it was dependent on what time we slept in the morning.
Totally Dedicated To Our Work
Yes, Vee and I were totally dedicated to our jobs and as such, there were times when we worked through the entire night and we would sleep at around 10 AM. At such times, it became hard to get up at 12 PM. And on these days, we would have a combination of breakfast and lunch like bread bhaji, ect.
But it was an Indian way of life for Vee and I and we really saw no option to it. And to be honest, we were not looking for options, we were very happy with our way of life. Where was it written that one had to work only in the day?
Times Had Changed
Yes, we lived in different times now. And, it was perfectly normal for people to be working all night long and sleeping in the mornings.
In fact, India had many BPOs now and all night long, one could see the BPO vehicles playing back and forth, all through the cities in India, taking people to their jobs or back home.
And That Was Life For Us Too
Yes, it was as though Vee and I were working in a BPO, from our own home. The only difference being, that we did not have to travel miles to work and then back home and get tired in all that travel.
But whatever the case, it was a choice of life, which had been thrust upon us and we had to live with it. Yes, this had become the Indian way of life for Vee and I.
